If the job was or wasn’t the best fit for you you now get to choose who you are going to be in the midst of this crisis. You get to be open or closed off, courageous or discouraged, embracing new opportunities or shut down. You can face this and choose to create who you are in the midst of it. You will come out on the other side stronger, better and more confident. Never waste a crisis as there is always a huge opportunity for growth and dynamic change in the midst of it.
