Absolute Body Conditioning- A Non Athletic Girl Works Out Big Time!

Ok, so I see this class at the gym called ABC.  Sounds basic right?  Well it is short for absolute body conditioning.  Now the word absolute is a rather strong one, like absolute vodka or absolute truth. Meaning the one and only!!  Well in times past I would say I can’t handle a class like that so I’ll skip it.  But my life coaching has taught me anything is possible.  I tried Power Yoga one time for an hour and a half and I told myself if I make it through this class I can do anything in life!  That was easy compared to ABC.

So they should have a sign at the door that reads something like if you are joining the military, football team or want to die enter here.  Must have complete physical exam before trying this class.  Well I just tried it not knowing what I was getting into.  I never ran suicides before, gee why do you think they call them suicides.  How about military runs where you run with a weight over your head?  Sound fun??

I find the quotes by the trainer inspiring such as if you don’t feel like you are going to hurl then your not working hard enough.  One class member actually said where would you like us to hurl?  Now that’s trusting in your coach!!  She also had great lines like give it to me in the here and now.  I loved that one because if you don’t give life your all at this moment that’s all you got to work with.

Well, I may not be ready for the military or be in as good shape as everyone else in the class but I have stretched myself and challenged myself in ways I never thought possible.  This whole analogy said here why not try Absolute Business Conditioning with a business coach to stretch your business in new ways.  Sometimes we need an expert to take us to that next level!!
